AREA OF APPLICATION
- The basic version is suited for usage in clean to slightly dirty environments.
VARIANTS WITH GRIPPING FORCE MAINTENANCE
- NC: The gripper has an integrated spring that can close the gripper.
- NO: The gripper has an integrated spring that can open the gripper.
HOUSING MATERIAL
- The housing parts are made of a highstrength aluminum alloy. This reduces the weight and achieves a high stability.
GRIPPING FORCES
- Through geometrically optimized oval piston, we achieve the maximum piston volume, whereby high gripping forces are generated.
GRIPPING JAW CONTROL
- Proven T-guides for maximum force absorption with integrated lubricant pockets.
CONNECTION
- Mounting and tubeless direct air connection from two sides possible.
QUERY OPTION
- Query of the gripper finger position directly with inductive proximity switches or indirectly with magnetic field sensors (C-slot sensors) possible.
MAINTENANCE
- No maintenance is required.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
- The grippers are supplied with fastening screws and with matching centering sleeves. Other accessories are not included. The accessories can be freely selected and adapted to the ambient conditions. All supplied accessories are mounted on customer request.
