1. EGFP-v (Vacuum Only):

2. EGFP-vc (Vacuum & Clamp Combo):
   1. Mechanism: Integrated suction cups combined with mechanical clamping/spreading jaws.
   2. Best For: Highly complex profile geometries requiring dual-mode gripping flexibility.
       
3. EGFP-c (Clamp Only):
   1. Mechanism: Dedicated mechanical clamp (clamping or spreading actuation).
   2. Best For: Universal profile handling regardless of surface texture, oil, or geometry.

Key Advantages & Safety Systems

• Raw Material Feed Efficiency: Designed specifically for the start of the production line, allowing single operators to pick long 6-8 m extrusion bars directly out of storage containers and feed them onto saw conveyors.
   
• Triple-Layer Safety Interlock:
  • Dual Warning Alarms: Simultaneous audible buzzer and visual warning lights activate if vacuum drops below -0.6 bar.
  • Up-motion Lockout: Automatically disables upward lifting ("Stop Up" function) if vacuum falls below -0.6 bar
  • Blow-Off Release: Active air blow-off ensures quick, clean detachment without profile dragging
     
• Integrated Air-Saving Tech: Vacuum ejector shuts off air consumption once target vacuum pressure is reached, reducing compressed air demand.
